As a general rule of thumb you can calculate that a spacious one bedroom apartment, in a good location close to the sea will cost about Euros 70,000

A 2 bedroom small house or large apartment will cost about Euros 110,000 upwards depending on location and the age and condition of the property.

For a 3 bedroom apartment, duplex or house calculate on spending between Euros 190,00 – Euros 250,000

For a village house expect to pay between Euros 110,000 - Euros 160,000
